BUSINESS RULES

• Pets are not allowed.

• Reservation confirmation is done by paying 30% of the total amount for the desired stay period to the owner's bank account, and the remaining amount can be paid either to the bank account no later than the date preceding the guest's arrival day at the property or in cash upon arrival at the property.

• Upon receipt of the deposit, we will forward a reservation confirmation email to the guest for the desired stay period with the exact number of persons who will stay at the property specified.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• In case of a no-show (without prior cancellation) for the reserved period, the property owner retains the paid deposit amount—30% of the total reservation amount.

• For cancellations made 21 or more days before the agreed vacation period, guests have the right to use the deposit for another available period of their choice. It is possible to change the date twice within this cancellation term, after which the guest forfeits the right to a refund of the deposit amount and the possibility of using it.

• In case of "force majeure" or a major malfunction or unsatisfactory conditions in the accommodation facility, the property owner may cancel the reservation with a detailed explanation to the guest and allow the guest to choose any alternative available period with a corresponding discount of 20% on the entire initially agreed reservation amount.

• By paying the deposit for the reservation, the guest accepts the “Cancellation Policy”.
